The drawing up of the Helsinki Region Transport System Plan is coordinated by the Transport System Department of HSL. 

To get updates on the progress of the plan, you can join the HLJ mailing list. The emails will be sent in Finnish only. You can join the list by sending an email to hlj@hsl.fi. You can send your feedback or suggestions related to the transport system plan to the same address also in English.
