Bicycles  

Bicycles can be carried on commuter trains for no extra fee.  Bicycles cannot, however, be taken on commuter trains during peak hours Mon-Fri 7am-9am and 3pm-6pm.

On the metro you can carry your bicycle free of charge provided there is room for it.  It is forbidden to ride bicycles at metro stations.  For safety reasons, use a lift when traveling with a bicycle.

On Suomenlinna ferries bicycles are carried for an additional fee. For further information see http://www.slloy.fi/

Bicycles are not allowed on buses or trams.
