Lost property

If you have lost your Travel Card, you can contact the Travel Card customer service after 2pm on the day following the loss, tel. 09 4766 4000 (Mon-Fri 7am-7pm, Sat-Sun 9am-5pm), or a Travel Card service point.

If you have lost property on a bus, tram, metro, commuter train or Suomenlinna ferry, contact Suomen löytötavarapalvelu.  You can contact the office by phone or fax, or by filling in an inquiry from online. The office charges a fee for the lost and found items.

If you have lost property on a U line bus, contact the bus company in question.
