Public transport mobile services

HSL offers a number of mobile services that make traveling on public transport easier. The Journey Planner, My departures and Disruption info are easily accessible via m.hsl.fi. Direct links to the services are listed on the right side of this page.  

Journey Planner

The Journey Planner gives you advice on the best public transport connections to your destination within the Helsinki region. The mobile version of the Journey Planner can be used with most mobile devices equipped with a web browser.  

My Departures

My Departures timetable service allows you to create your own timetables for the stops you want. There is also a ready-made list of timetables for popular sites. You can search for stop-specific timetables for any stop in the Helsinki metropolitan area quickly by using a stop number.

Disruption info  

Disruption info provides you with information on route and timetables changes. The service has been integrated in nearly all displays and electronic information services in use in the region’s public transport.

Traffic alerts are available online not only through the website of the service itself but also in the My Departures timetable service and Journey Planner. You can also register in the service and receive traffic alerts to your email free of charge.

To receive traffic alerts by SMS, send a message ‘HSL INFO’ to 16166 (0.25 euros/SMS). You will get information on possible disruptions and diversions in a return message.

You can also get stop departure times to your mobile phone by typing the four digit stop number of the desired stop after HSL.  

The stop number is displayed at each bus and tram stop.
