Location and parking spaces
The area is located by Leppävaara railway station in Espoo along the coastal line and Turuntie.  There are 475 car parking spaces, 250 of which are covered.  Covered parking is chargeable between 6am and 4pm. Parking control is at the responsibility of the city of Espoo.
 
Free parking
There are free parking spaces north of the rail line. Parking time is unlimited.  There are free park and ride parking spaces also on the roof of the Sello shopping centre. The spaces are available from 7.30am to 6pm and they are indicated by signs. There are also around 300 bicycle spaces, as well as 5 lockers for bicycles.

Paid park and ride parking
Parking in the covered hall costs one euro Mondays through Fridays between 6am and 4pm
In order to park your car in the hall, you need a Travel Card for adults loaded with a period ticket or value.  Show your Travel Card to the card reader to check you have a valid ticket on your card.  You can purchase a value ticket from the card reader at the entrance.

Once the card reader has registered your transport ticket, you can purchase a parking ticket from the ticket machine next to the card reader.  The ticket machine accepts 20 and 50 cent coins, as well as 1-euro coins. Place the parking ticket in the windscreen so that the parking attendants can read it. 

Before purchasing the parking ticket, check that you can find a free space in the area.  There is no system for providing information on the availability of parking spaces.

Train connections
Trains run approximately from 4.50am to 1.20am on weekdays. On weekends, service starts later.
Journey to the centre of Helsinki takes 12-17 minutes.

Service frequency: during weekday peak hours, 5-6 minutes on average, on Saturdays, 8-9 minutes on average, on Sundays, 15-30 minutes on average.
