Direct debit ticket
A direct debit ticket is a season ticket which can be loaded on a personal Travel Card for adults or on a multi-user Travel Card for adults which contains the owner’s personal information. The season ticket is valid for an indefinite time. A direct debit ticket, whose price is debited directly from your bank account once a month, makes your life easier in many ways. After signing a direct debit agreement, you no longer need to load your Travel Card; it is always valid.
The amount debited monthly from your bank account is a fixed price for a 30-day travel period regardless of the number of days in the calendar month. Every 12th month after a continuous use of a direct debit ticket is free of charge.
Your direct debit ticket can be an adult-rate regional ticket, two- or three-zone extended regional ticket, or an internal ticket (Espoo, Helsinki, Vantaa, Kerava, Sipoo and Kirkkonummi).
You can freely choose the due date for your direct debit payment.
You can conclude a direct debit agreement at HSL’s service points at the Central Railway Station, in Itäkeskus or in Itä-Pasila.
