Temporary residents

Also temporary residents of the Helsinki metropolitan area can purchase personal Travel Cards.   Temporary residents’ Travel Cards are issued for one year at a time, and if the temporary residence continues for a longer period of time, the Travel Card has to be renewed annually at a service point.
