Disruption Info

Disruption info provides you with information on route and timetable changes. The service has been integrated in nearly all displays and electronic information services in use in the region’s public transport.
Traffic alerts are available online not only through the website of the service itself but also in the My Departures timetable service and Journey Planner. You can also register in the service and receive traffic alerts to your email free of charge.

To receive traffic alerts by SMS, send a message ‘HSL INFOE’ to 16166 (0.25 euros/SMS). You will get information on possible disruptions and diversions in a return message.

You can also get stop departure times to your mobile phone by typing the four digit stop number of the desired stop after HSL, e.g. HSL 1234.The stop numbers are displayed at all bus and tram stops.
