Transport services in the Helsinki region over the Midsummer weekend
On Midsummer Eve 22 June, a Saturday service will operate on all public transport services in the Helsinki region.
On Midsummer Day 23 June, bus routes, the Metro and tram routes will operate a Sunday service beginning at around 11am. Commuter trains and the ferry to Suomenlinna will operate right from the morning. Helsinki internal bus 15A from Elielinaukio to the West Terminal (Länsiterminaali) will operate from around 6am.

Helsinki internal early morning buses 03N-09N, 18N, 39N, early morning services on Helsinki internal routes 40, 43 and 85N - 97N, and regional night buses 100N-741N will operate both on the Friday/Saturday and Saturday/Sunday nights. On Midsummer Day, some bus routes in Espoo, Vantaa and Kerava will have additional services after the normal Sunday service.

Night commuter trains will run on Thursday/Friday, Friday/Saturday and Saturday/Sunday nights.
On Midsummer Eve, U line buses will operate a Saturday service until 1pm, after which only some of the U line buses will run. On Midsummer Day, U line buses will operate a reduced service.

Bus 24 to Seurasaari
On Midsummer Eve, bus 24 from Erottaja to Seurasaari will run approximately every six minutes from around 4pm. The bus will run later than usual. The last departure from Erottaja will be at 1.18am and from Seurasaari at 1.34am.
Beginning from 3pm on Midsummer Eve, the bus will run to Seurasaari along the following route: Paciuksenkatu - Meilahdentie - Tamminiementie - Seurasaari terminus.
HSL’s service points and Travel Information
On Thursday 21 June, HSL’s service point at the Central Railway Station will close at 5pm. The service point in Itäkeskus will be open normally until 5.15pm. The service points will be closed on Midsummer Eve and Midsummer Day.
Travel Information Centre, tel. 0100 111, will serve from 9am to 5pm on both Midsummer Eve and Midsummer Day.
