Tram route 8 diverted on 20 August

Tram route 8 will be diverted on Monday 20 August from 10.30pm until the end of service.
The tram will run from Runeberginkatu to Kolmikulma via Arkadiankatu.

During the diversion, a replacement bus 8X will run between Apollonkatu tram stop and Jätkäsaari.  The bus stops at tram stops between Jätkäsaari and Maria Hospital. It also stops at the Perhonkatu bus stops on Mechelininkatu and on the Apollonkatu bus stop (1308) on Runeberginkatu in the direction of the city center.
 
The diversion is due to track electrification works at the intersection of Mechelinkatu and Itämerenkatu.
