Problems in the mobile ticket service

On Wednesday 22 August, there have been problems in the SMS traffic. The problems affect the purchase of mobile tickets and cause delays in receiving the ticket. In some cases customers may not receive the SMS at all. HSL is working to solve the problem together with the operator.
