Improved bus service to schools in Itä-Hakkila and Sotunki as of 10 September

The route and timetables of Vantaa internal bus route 69 will change on Monday 10 September to improve bus services to schools. In addition, a new bus route 67 will start to run from the Sotunki School to Nissas.

Bus 69 will in future run via Jokiniementie, Valkoisenlähteentie and Urheilutie. This means that pupils living in Itä-Hakkila and Sotunki can take the bus to get to the Tikkurila Upper Secondary School, Jokiniemi School and Vantaa Upper Secondary School for Adults.

The morning services on route 69 will start to leave 10 minutes earlier so that pupils can get in time from Sotunki to the Itä-Hakkila School.

From Tikkurila, the buses will leave 5 earlier.

The new bus 67 will leave Mon-Fri at 8.40am from the Sotunki School and run to Nissas along Sotungintie, Nurmimäentie, Pohjolantie, Itäinen Valkoisenlähteentie, Pohjanpolku, Itä-Hakkilan tie, Koulutie and Hakunilantie. This bus serves pupils going from Sotunki to Itä-Hakkila School.
