You can cancel your subscription at any time without a cancellation fee. You must cancel your subscription before the next payment, i.e. at least two days prior to the end of the paid period. Your season ticket will be valid until the end of the paid 30-day period.
When you want to continue using your Commuter Benefit, simply repurchase the auto-renewing season ticket in the HSL app. Remember to select HSL Commuter Benefit as payment method.
