Issue affecting HSL Corporate Sales invoicing

We have detected an issue in HSL Corporate Sales invoicing. The issue concerns tickets that are paid through invoicing, commuter benefits issued in the HSL Business Portal and tickets purchased with HSL Business Travel.

We have detected an issue affecting the invoicing of tickets after a change in our information system. Since 1 May 2024, we have not sent invoices for tickets paid through invoicing. The issue also concerns commuter benefits issued in the HSL Business Portal and tickets purchased with HSL Business Travel.

Unfortunately, we are unable to give an estimate on when the issue will be fixed. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the issue.
