Refund due to the train drivers’ protest 18–19 March 2021

Commuter train services were halted on Thursday 18 March and Friday 19 March due to a protest by train drivers. You may request a refund for an unused ticket if you were unable to make your regular journeys by other modes of transport.

You may request a refund if you were unable to make your regular journeys by other modes of transport during the commuter train service disruption on 18–19 March.

We will issued the refund as a ticket code for the HSL app.

You will receive one or two ticket codes according to the zones of the valid season ticket on your HSL card, on the HSL app or on a MaaS service provider’s app.

The ticket codes will be valid for one year. You can use the code at any time. The code ticket will be valid from the moment you redeem the code. Codes redeemed accidentally will not be refunded again.
