Delays in the release of authorization holds on ticket purchases

Some customers have been experiencing problems with the release of authorization holds on ticket purchases. In some cases, authorization holds are not released within the usual time period. We are working with our partners to solve the problem.

Some customers have recently been experiencing problems with the release of authorization holds on ticket purchases especially when purchasing tickets through the HSL app but also when purchasing tickets from ticket machines. In some cases, authorization holds are not released within the usual time period.

However, authorization holds are released at the latest when the time limit set by your bank expires. No unnecessary payments will be made.
