Season ticket refunds due to the work stoppage on 16–17 September
If you were unable to make your regular public transport journeys by public transport during the work stoppage by tram and metro drivers on 16–17 September, you are entitled to a refund.
You may request a refund if you had a valid season ticket on the HSL app, on the HSL card or on a MaaS operator’s application during the work stoppage and you were unable to use public transport for your regular journeys.
The refund will be issued as a code for a two-day ticket on the HSL app. The code is valid for one year and you can use the code at any time.
