It will no longer be possible to pay for tickets with a debit/credit card in the HSL card service as of 15 November.
All the other payment methods will remain available, i.e. you will still be able to pay for your tickets by online banking and with MobilePay.
All the other ticket-selling channels will remain unaffected, meaning that you will still be able to use your debit/credit card to pay for tickets for instance on the HSL app.
This change is brought about by technical issues in our background systems.
The HSL card service is an online service which allows you to top up your HSL card with season tickets, day tickets and value.
