Customer satisfaction survey in autumn 2022

HSL conducts surveys on public transport to measure passenger satisfaction with public transport services in the HSL area also this autumn. By responding, you help us improve our services.

The survey will be conducted on buses, trams, the metro and commuter trains from 15 August to 18 November. The goal is to obtain responses from nearly 30,000 passengers. We commission the survey from Taloustutkimus Oy.

We will use the survey results to develop public transport services, as well as for staff training and calculating quality incentives for tendered services. Once the survey is closed, the results will be available in our open online database.

The safety of passengers is of utmost importance to us. We have taken precautions to minimize spreading the coronavirus. The field researchers will be wearing safety gear, clipboards are cleaned between uses and each respondent will be given a pen of their own. We are closely following authorities’ guidelines regarding the coronavirus.
