In September and October, users of Park & Ride facilities may find a survey card on their car’s windscreen or bike’s handlebar. The card includes the web address for our Park & Ride survey as well as an individual code that takes you to an online response form.
Take the card with you and complete the survey online or on mobile. We will use the survey results to improve Park & Ride.
We will be distributing survey cards at 316 Park & Ride sites between 13 September and 13 October. The parking sites are located in Helsinki, Espoo, Vantaa, Kauniainen, Kerava, Kirkkonummi, Sipoo, Siuntio, Tuusula, Hyvinkää, Järvenpää, Mäntsälä, Nurmijärvi, Vihti and Porvoo.
We ask, for example, about the origins and destinations of your journeys as well as about the time and duration of parking. The survey also includes questions about customers’ satisfaction with Park & Ride and why they chose a particular parking facility.
The survey only takes about five minutes to complete. Thank you for participating!
Improving Park & Ride is important for us as the structure on public transport is changing. In the future, there will be fewer long, direct routes and the importance of transport interchanges will increase.
