VAT reduction allocated directly to next year’s prices

No value-added tax will be charged on tickets from 1 January to 30 April 2023. We will allocate the temporary removal of value-added tax on public transport services directly to ticket prices throughout next year. In other words, the VAT reduction will be allocated to the total price of tickets evenly throughout the entire year and no separate discounts will be granted on tickets between 1 January and 30 April 2023.

More information for our corporate customers

We will not implement a temporary VAT reduction in all our sales systems, as doing so would be impossible due to high costs and scheduling reasons. This is why some receipts created in our systems and provided to our customers may contain an incorrect VAT rate, meaning that some systems and receipts may contain an incorrect VAT rate of 10 percent also from 1 January to 30 April 2023.
