You may request for a refund if you had a valid season ticket on the HSL app, on the HSL card or on a MaaS operator’s application during the bus strike from 1 March to 3 March 2023 and you were unable to use it.
The refund will be issued as a code for a three-day ticket on the HSL app. The code is valid for one year and you can use the code at any time.
You must send the refund application by 3 May 2023 at the latest.

Fill out the form and save it in pdf format. (Note: If you use your ticket in the HSL application, you do not need to fill in the HSL card number in the form.)
Submit the form as an attachment at hsl.fi/en/customer-service/feedback (First select “Tickets and payment”, then “Prices and ticket products – Other feedback” > “Add attachment”), or by mail to:
