Season ticket refunds due to the bus strike 1-3 March

If you were unable to use your season ticket for your regular bus journeys during the bus strike, you are entitled to a refund.

You may request for a refund if you had a valid season ticket on the HSL app, on the HSL card or on a MaaS operator’s application during the bus strike from 1 March to 3 March 2023 and you were unable to use it.

The refund will be issued as a code for a three-day ticket on the HSL app. The code is valid for one year and you can use the code at any time.

You must send the refund application by 3 May 2023 at the latest.

Fill out the form and save it in pdf format. (Note: If you use your ticket in the HSL application, you do not need to fill in the HSL card number in the form.)

Submit the form as an attachment at (First select “Tickets and payment”, then “Prices and ticket products – Other feedback” > “Add attachment”), or by mail to:
