Card payment backend system of the HSL app to change

There will be changes to the processing of debit/credit cards in the HSL app due to a change of service provider. In most cases, no action is required by customers.

However, some customers will need to re-enter their card details on the HSL app in order for their auto-renewing subscription payments to continue. We will inform all of these customers of the change by email and provide them with detailed instructions on what they need to do.

The form used to provide the debit/credit card details will also change.
