The transport service plan brings together all planned changes to public transport in the Helsinki region. The plan covers the period from the start of summer timetable season 2024 to the end of winter timetable season in 2025. The transport service plan is prepared annually.
This year, the plan features, on the one hand, targeted improvements to train, bus and tram services, on the other hand, major renovation projects that cause service changes and disruptions. The most significant new transport link is tram 13, which will run between Kalasatama and Pasila. We are preparing for the services to start in autumn 2024.
HSL has developed the plan together with public transport experts of its member municipalities and with municipal education administration.
