If you have an Android phone, your default browser is Chrome or Microsoft Edge, and you have a DanskeBank debit/credit card, your payment transaction on the HSL app may remain pending. The problem is that you do get a ticket after you have confirmed the payment. Even if the purchase does not go through, the amount is reserved on your account. However, the authorization hold will be automatically removed from your account.
You can buy a ticket by changing the default browser to another browser, for example, Firefox. We are working with the payment service provider to resolve the problem as soon as possible.
