The Pivo payment app will be closed down on 4 September 2024. After this, Pivo can no longer be used to pay for tickets on the HSL app.
Since this summer, it has not been possible to add Pivo as a payment method on the HSL app. However, users have been able to use the app to pay for their tickets as usual.
Pivo will disappear from the HSL app if you decide to remove it from your phone. Pivo may appear as a payment method on the HSL app after 4 September, but the app cannot be used to pay for tickets.
You can continue to use all the other payment methods as usual.
