Survey invitations will be distributed to passengers on light rail line 15 and on train, Metro and bus routes that intersect with it. The invitation contains a link to the online survey.
You will be asked to document the journey you were making when you received the invitation.
We are studying from where to where customers travel, what modes of transport they use, and how the directions of journeys vary on different days of the week and at different times of the day.
We hope that as many passengers as possible will participate in the survey. The information obtained from the survey is important to us. We will use it to assess the impacts of the light rail line, prepare the Helsinki Region Transport System Plan, and manage and develop traffic forecast models.
Answers will not be linked to any individual taking the survey.
