The problem concerns iOS users who are using version 5.7.0 of the HSL app.
We have released a new version update (5.7.1) on Friday 26 January. If you have problems with the app, please update to the latest version. You can update the app to the latest version manually from the App Store.
If you are unable to use the HSL app, you can also try updating the operating system of your iOS device. The problem concerns users who are using versions 16.0&ndash;16.2 on their iOS device.
