Technical issue with the HSL account has been fixed

The technical issue with the HSL account has been fixed, but it still might affect some customers. The use of the service may be slow or some actions might fail. If you have problems logging into your HSL account, for example, or purchasing tickets that require logging in, we recommend trying again.

Due to the technical issue,  it was not momentarily possible to

  • register or log in to the HSL app or HSL.fi with the HSL account
  • purchase tickets that require a new login (such as season tickets)
  • manage or change your information

The error could also affect purchasing new tickets even if you had previously logged in to your HSL account.

During the disruption, single tickets could be purchased via the HSL app as usual, and value and season tickets on the HSL card could be used as usual.
