If you use Aktia’s payment card to pay for purchases in the HSL app, we recommend that you use some other payment method during the maintenance break, if possible.
If you have an auto-renewing saver subscription that is charged automatically during the maintenance break, the app will attempt to charge the subscription on three consecutive nights. After three unsuccessful attempts, the back-end system will terminate the subscription. If this happens, you can contact HSL’s customer service. If you have a payment card from some other bank, you can change the card that the subscription is charged to before the automatic charge takes place.
