Companies and groups can continue to order disposable cards – multi-user HSL cards will also remain in use longer

We will postpone the transition to a new backend system to the fall. This means that multi-user HSL cards will remain in use longer than what was previously reported and companies and groups can continue to order disposable cards.

We are currently overhauling our tickets and payment processes and upgrading our backend systems. This will also have an effect on tickets used by companies and groups. As part of the overhaul, multi-user HSL cards will be discontinued and QR code tickets will replace the current disposable cardboard cards. We will announce the exact dates of the changes once they are confirmed. Read more here.

Multi-user HSL cards will be discontinued in the fall

You can still continue using your multi-user HSL cards as usual. However, we recommend that you familiarize yourself with products to replace the multi-user HSL cards and use up any remaining value you have on the cards. Corporate customers can request a refund for any value or tickets left on the cards.

The disposable cardboard cards that are available as single and day tickets will be replaced by tickets equipped with a QR code in the fall of 2025. The sale of disposable cards to corporate customers was previously halted for a brief period. However, due to the postponement of the overhaul, tickets are once again available for order. We will announce the date when the sale of disposable cards will end as soon as it is confirmed. The cardboard cards will be valid until the end of 2025, meaning that they can be used as usual until 31 December 2025.
