Tram 4 will be replaced by bus 4X between Meilahti and Munkkiniemi from midnight on 19 - 21 October due to track work carried out on Tukholmankatu.  
In the direction of Munkkiniemi, passengers can transfers from tram to bus at the Töölön tulli tram stop 0133 and bus stop 1379 on Mannerheimintie.
In the direcion ot Katajanokka, the transfer stops are the Töölön tulli bus stop 1378 and tram stop 0134 on Tukholmankatu. Bus 4X will stop at all bus stops along the route with the exception of Laajalahdentie, Saunalahdentie and Hollantilaisentie where the bus stops at tram stops.  The same tickets are accepted on bus 4X as on trams, i.e. also mobile tickets and tram tickets purchased from ticket machines or with Travel Card are accepted.
