Tram 10 is running only between the Kirurgi Hospital and Kuusitie 4–17 September 2017 due to track work. The tram does not serve the "Tilkka", "Ruskeasuo", "Kytösuontie", "Haapalahdenkatu" and "Korppaanmäki" tram stops.
Bus 10X replaces the tram between Kuusitie and Pikku Huopalahti.
Bus 10X to Pikku Huopalahti leaves from the "Kuusitie" bus stop (H1924) for buses to the city center on Mannerheimintie. The bus runs via Mannerheimintie and Vihdintie to the terminus of tram 10 in Korppaanmäki. In the direction of Kuusitie, the bus uses the route of tram 10 and serves tram stops on Korppaanmäentie.
In the direction of Pikku Huopalahti, bus 10X serves the following stops: "Tilkka" (H1927), "Ruskeasuo" (H1931), "Ruskeasuon varikko" (H1935) and "Korppaanmäki" (H0148).
In the direction of Kuusitie, bus 10X serves the following stops: "Haapalahdenkatu" (H0146), "Kytösuontie" (H0144), "Ruskeasuo" (H1928), "Tilkka" (H1926) and "Kuusitie" (H1924).
