Tram routes 2, 3, 4, 5 and 7 will be diverted due to the Christmas Street opening parade on Sunday 26 November approximately from 3.50pm to 5pm.
Tram 2 will run from the Olympia Terminal to Länsi-Pasila via Kruununhaka and the Central Railway Station. Aleksanterinkatu will not be served. From Länsi-Pasila, the tram will run to the Olympia Terminal via Eira. Aleksanterinkatu, the Market Square and Laivasillankatu will not be served.
The following stops will not be served: “Ylioppilastalo” (0401 and 0402), “Aleksanterinkatu” (0403 and 0404), “Senaatintori” (0405 and 0406), “Kauppatori” (0430), “Eteläranta” (0432) and “Olympialaituri” (0434).
Tram 3 will run from the Olympia Terminal to Töölö depot via Kruununhaka. Tehtaankatu, Laivurinkatu, Bulevardi and the Central Railway Station will not be served. From the Töölö depot, the tram will run the Olympia Terminal along its normal route.
The following stops will not be served: “Olympialaituri” (0434), “Kaivopuisto” (0436), “Neitsytpolku” (0438), “Kapteeninkatu” (0440), “Eiran sairaala” (0442), “Viiskulma” (0815), “Iso Roobertinkatu” (0813), “Fredrikinkatu” (0803), “Erottaja” (0801), “Ylioppilastalo” (0701), “Rautatieasema” (0301), “Kaisaniemenkatu” (0303) and “Kaisaniemenpuisto” (0305).
The trams 2 and 3 will run in one direction (counter clockwise ) and change route numbers at the Olympia Terminal.
Tram 4 will run to Katajanokka via the Central Railway Station, Liisankatu and Snellmaninkatu instead of Aleksanterinkatu in both directions.
The following stops will not be served: “Ylioppilastalo” (0401 and 0402), “Aleksanterinkatu” (0403 and 0404) and “Senaatintori” (0405 and 0406).
Tram 5 will run via Kruununhaka and the Central Railway Station to Kolmikulma.
The following stops will not be served: “Mikonkatu” (0424), “Ylioppilastalo” (0402), “Aleksanterinkatu” (0403 and 0404) and “Senaatintori” (0405 and 0406).
Tram 7 will run directly along Kaisaniemenkatu and not serve Kruununhaka.
The following stops will not be served: “Mikonkatu” (0424 and 0425), “Aleksanterinkatu” (0403 and 0404), “Senaatintori” (0405 and 0406), “Hallituskatu” (0450 and 0451), “Kansallisarkisto” (0452 and 0435) and “Snellmaninkatu” (0454 and 0455) will not be served.

The opening parade will start off from the Senate Square at around 4pm, make its way via Aleksanterinkatu to Mannerheimintie and Pohjoisesplanadi from where it returns to the Senate Square via Unioninkatu.
