Trams 4 and 10 will be partly replaced by buses 3-16 September due to track works. The trams will not run from the Opera to Munkkiniemi or Pikku Huopalahti. Replacement buses 4X and 10X will operate during the normal operating hours of trams 4 and 10 and serve bus stops along the route marked with 4X or 10X. Passengers can change from tram to bus at the "Ooppera" stops as well as on at the "Ooppera" stops on Helsinginkatu (H2185) and Mannerheimintie (H1999).
Diversion routes
- The tram 4 will run between Katajanokka and the Opera House as usual and run the Eläintarha-Alppila loop clockwise. Bus 4X will replace the tram between the Opera and Munkkiniemi.
- The tram 10 will run between Kirurgi and the Opera as usual and run the Alppila-Eläintarha loop counterclockwise. Bus 10X will replace the tram between the Opera and Pikku Huopalahti.
Routes of tram replacement buses
Bus 4X will run to Munkkiniemi along Helsinginkatu, Mannerheimintie and Tukholmankatu, from where it will continue along the route of tram 4 to its terminus in Munkkiniemi. The bus will use the same route from Munkkiniemi to the Opera. Bus 4X in the Journey Planner
