Tram routes 2, 3, 4 and 7 will be diverted on the night of Saturday 26 January and on the night of Sunday 28 Januayr 10pm-5am due to crane works on Unioninkatu as Aleksanterinkatu will be closed to tram traffic between Mannerheimintie and Snellmaninkatu.
Diversion routes of trams 2 and 3
Trams 2 and 3 will run only one way (counterclockwise) from Lasipalatsi via Viiskulma and Olympia Terminal to the Market Square. In addition, the trams will run via Snellmaninkatu because Aleksanterinkatu will be closed.
Tram 2 to Länsi-Pasila will run from the Market Square to Lasipalatsi via Kruununhaka and Kaisaniemenkatu. The following stops will not be served: "Senaatintori" (Senate Square), "Aleksanterinkatu", "Ylioppilastalo"

Tram 2 to the Olympia Terminal will run between Lasipalatsi and Olympia Terminal via Viiskulma and Tehtaankatu using the route of tram 3.
The following stops will not be served: "Ylioppilastalo", "Aleksanterinkatu", "Senaatintori", "Kauppatori" (in the direction of Olympia Terminal), "Eteläranta" (in the direction of Olympia Terminal)

Tram 3 to Meilahti will run between Olympia Terminal and Hakaniemi via the Market Square and Kruununhaka.
