There will be brief disruptions to public transport in Helsinki on Thursday 30 May 11.45am-12.45noon due to the Fire Department Parade. The parade will leave from Hietalahti market square and proceed along Bulevardi, Eteläesplanadi, Fabianinkatu, Pohjoisesplanadi, Lönnrotinkatu, Abrahaminkatu and Kalevankatu to Albertinkatu.
Trams will not serve Bulevardi approximately 11.45am-12.15noon. During this time tram 1 will run to Katajanokka Terminal, trams 2 and 3 will turn around at the Market Square and tram 6 will run via Kamppi to West Terminal under route number 6T. In addition, delays are expected when the parade crosses Mannerheimintie.
On route 21, the 11.05am, 11.25am and 11.45am services from Melkonkuja will run to the terminus of route 20 in Ruoholahdenranta (stop H1157). The bus will not serve the following stops: "Hietalahti" (H1167 and H1168), "Hietalahdentori" (H0807 and H1169), "Iso Roobertinkatu" (H0813 and H1170), "Merimiehenkatu" (H1172), "Viiskulma" (H0815 and H1174), "Eiran sairaala" (H0442 and H1176) and "Eira" (H1178).
In addition, there may be delays to routes 14, 18 and 24 around midday.
