No commuter train services between Helsinki and Pasila on the night of Christmas Eve from midnight to 8am

On the night of Christmas Eve 24 December, commuter trains will terminate at Pasila from midnight to 8am due to track work. This means there will be no commuter train service between Helsinki and Pasila. Trains will be replaced by bus 699X operating between Pasila station and Helsinki Central Railway Station.

Replacement bus 699X

The replacement bus 699X will pick up passengers at bay 42 (stop H0620) by Pasila station as well as at bay 36 (stop H2101) ) on Pasilansilta in front of the station entrance. The bus will only stop at the “Töölön kisahalli” bus stops H1914 and H1915. At the Central Railway Station, the bus will depart from bay 29 at Elielinaukio (H2029).

The bus timetables are linked up to train timetables. The bus will run from Elielinaukio about every 15 minutes between 00.04am and 1.37am and from Pasila every 15 minutes between 11.55pm and 1.55am. In addition, on Christmas Day morning 25 December, the bus will have two services from Elielinaukio at 6.02am and 7.07am and two services from Pasila station at 5.10am and 6.20am.
