Some tracks will be temporarily closed at Pasila station from 28 to 30 March due to the demolition of the temporary station. On Sunday 29 March, some trains to Helsinki will run past Ilmala station without stopping. In addition, there will be changes to departure platforms at Pasila station from Saturday evening to Monday morning
In addition, there will be changes to train services on the night of Saturday 28/Sunday 29 March as Finland switches to summer time.
Trains not stopping at Ilmala station on 29 March
The following L trains will not stop at Ilmala station on Sunday 29 March:
- L trains to Helsinki from Ilmala at 6.36am and 7.36am
The trains will use platform 7 at Pasila station instead of platform 10.
Other trains will stop at Ilmala station as usual.

28-30 March
Coastal line trains (platforms 7-11)
Platform 11 will be closed and A, L and P trains in the direction of Huopalahti will use platform 10 during the following times:
- Sat 28 March 11.35pm to Sun 29 March 8am NB! Clocks will change to summer time
- Sun 29 March 11.35pm to Mon 30 March 5am
U trains and long-distance trains to Turku will use platform 7 in both directions during the following times:
- Sat 28 March 11.35pm to Sun 29 March 8am NB! Clocks will change to summer time
- Sun 29 March 11.35pm to Mon 30 March 5am
28-30 March
Main line trains (platforms 1-6)
Platforms 2, 3 and 4 will be closed during the followint times:
- Sat 28 March 11.50pm to Sun 29 March 8am NB! Clocks will change to summer time
- Sun 29 March 11.50pm to Mon 30 March 5am
Trains normally using platforms 1-6 will use the following platforms:
- K, I and T trains in the direction of Tikkurila will use platform 5
- K, P and T trains to Helsinki will use platform 1
- R and Z trains as well as northbound long-distance trains will use platform 5
- R and Z trains as well as long-distance trains to Helsinki will use platform 6
29 March
Trains to Helsinki (platforms 8-10)
The following L trains to Helsinki will not stop at Ilmala station. At Pasila station, the trains will use plaftorm 7 instead of platform 10:
- L trains to Helsinki from Pasila at 6.38am and 7.38am
The Journey Planner shows the usual departure platforms for the trains, the changes to departure platforms are not updated into the system. Other changes to departure platforms are possible and some trains may have to wait for oncoming trains to pass during the demolition works.
