Changes to the timetables for U line 280 on 31 December and 7 January

There will be changes to the U line 280 services operated by Oy Pohjolan Liikenne Ab on 31 December and 7 January.

There will be changes to the U line 280 services operated by Oy Pohjolan Liikenne Ab on 31 December and 7 January.

The following night services will be withdrawn from Thursday 31 December:
1.05am from Kamppi (Sundays and Monday to Thursday)
2am from Kamppi (Fridays and Saturdays)
0.40am from Veikkola (Fridays and Saturdays)

The following new services will be added from Saturday 2 January:
9am from Kamppi (Saturdays)
8.20am from Veikkola (Saturdays)

More changes will take effect from Thursday 7 January. About ten weekday services in each direction will be withdrawn. Also some weekend services will be withdrawn.

From Thursday 7 January, services that operate only on schooldays, operated by J. Vainion Liikenne, will resume operating after a break.

Because the timetables were confirmed so late, timetables displayed at bus stops will not be up-to-date at the start of the year.

U line services are bus services whose routes extend beyond the HSL area. HSL tickets are accepted on U line services in the HSL area based on agreements made with the operators. Most of the services are commercially operated and the bus operators decide on the operation of the services.
