Problems occur at least on the following channels: Full-range ticket machines Sales and service points HSL card service (online top up)
The following sales channels are in use: HSL app (single, day and season tickets on your smartphone) Card readers (value tickets) HSL single ticket machines Parking ticket machines in Helsinki
The problem also affects real-time passenger information on stops and in terminals.&nbsp;
