A and L trains to Helsinki will run through Ilmala station without stopping on Sundays from 25 July to 8 August between 6am and 11pm.
On the same Sundays, I trains will run through Ilmala station without stopping between 8.10am and 11.10pm. Some I trains will run through Ilmala station without stopping before this. Only the 6am, 6.30am, 7am and 8am I trains will stop at Ilmala station on Sunday mornings.
On Sunday evenings, A trains to Helsinki will run through the station without stopping but L trains will stop at Ilmala station as usual. I trains will stop at Ilmala station as usual from midnight. Before that, only the 11.30pm I train will stop at Ilmala station.
At Pasila station, the trains running through Ilmala station without stopping will use platform 9 instead of platform 10. The service changes are due to the construction of Veturitie bridge between Ilmala and Pasila.
The Journey Planner has been updated with the service changes. However, the Journey Planner shows normal departure platforms for the trains and the changes are not updated in the system in real-time.

- From Ilmala to Pasila and Helsinki: go to Huopalahti and change to a train going in the opposite direction
- From the direction of Leppävaara and Myyrmäki to Ilmala: change to a train going in the opposite direcition at Pasila station
- From Ilmala to Pasila station: take bus 23 from the "Ilmalanrinne" or "Ilmalantori" bus stop
