Changes to U line 280 timetables on 6 September – check the timetables before your journey

The timetables for U line 280 will change on 6 September. A total of eight weekday services and three weekend services will be discontinued. It is advisable to check the timetables in advance by using the Journey Planner and the Matkahuolto timetable search.

One U line 280 bus operator, Pohjolan Liikenne, will make changes to their timetables on Monday 6 September.

Five weekday services from Kamppi and three services from Veikkola to both directions will be discontinued. Additionally, a total of three weekend services will be discontinued.

The changes have already been updated in the Journey Planner and in the printable timetables in PDF format.

Due to the coronavirus situation, changes to U line 280 are frequent and happen on short notice. It advisable to check the timetables in advance by using the Journey Planner and the Matkahuolto timetable search (link to external page in Finnish).

Stop-specific timetables will be installed in Veikkola that include U lines during the week beginning on 13 September. Please note that the information in the printed stop-specific timetables for U line 280 might be outdated due to the frequent changes. HSL's electronic displays show more up-to-date information.

U line services are bus services whose routes extend beyond the HSL area. HSL tickets are accepted on U line services in the HSL area based on agreements made with the operators. Most of the services are commercially operated and the bus operators decide on the operation of the services.
