There will be changes to departure platforms at Pasila station from Saturday evening 23 October to Monday morning 25 October due to track work. The changes will affect platforms 1–4 and platforms 9–11. In addition, L trains to Helsinki will not stop at Ilmala station at certain times.
Platforms 1–4 at Pasila station
Platform 1 will be closed from Saturday 23 October 11pm to Monday 25 October 5am.
There will be changes for trains using platforms 1–4:
- I, K and T in the direction of Tikkurila will depart from platform 3
- P, K and T trains to Helsinki will depart from platform 2
- R and Z trains as well as long-distance trains towards Riihimäki, Lahti and Tampere will depart from platform 4
Platforms 9–11 at Pasila station and Ilmala station
At Pasila station, platform 11 will be closed from Saturday 23 October 11.40pm to Sunday 24 October 9am. Trains which normally use platform 11 will use other platforms. Please listen to station announcements and see station displays for up-to-date information.
The closure of platform 11 at Pasila station will also affect trains at Ilmala station. Some L trains to Helsinki will not stop at Ilmala station.
Trains not stopping at Ilmala station on Saturday night and Sunday morning
- L train from Siuntio at 0.08am, which would normally stop at Ilmala station at 0.55am
- L trains from Kirkkonummi between 5.57am and 7.57am, which would normally stop at Ilmala station between 6.35am and 8.35am
Alternative transport links to/from Ilmala
- From Ilmala to Pasila and Helsinki: take a train to Huopalahti and change to a train going in the opposite direction.
- From the direction of Leppävaara to Ilmala: take a train to Pasila and change to a train going in the opposite direction.
- Alternatively, you can take bus 23 from Ilmala to Pasila station.
