HSL will provide additional transport services during the pre-Christmas party season from 5 November to 12 December

During the pre-Christmas party season, some E, L and K trains will have extra carriages from 5 November. As of 12 November, the Metro will be running two hours later than usual on Friday and Saturday nights. There will also be additional services on some bus routes from 19 November.

Additional commuter train services between 5 November and 12 December

The following commuter trains will have extra carriages:

  • E trains on Saturdays from Helsinki between 10.57am and 6.27pm and from Kauklahti between 11.35am and 7.05pm
  • L trains from Helsinki at 1.03am and from Kirkkonummi at 1.57am on Friday and Saturday nights (also on the night of 5 December)
  • K trains from Helsinki at 0.51am and 1.21am and from Kerava at 2.04am on Friday and Saturday nights (also on the night of 5 December)

Additional Metro services between 12 November and 12 December

The Metro will run two hours later than usual. The last Metro services on Friday and Saturday nights (also on the night of 5 December):

  • M1 from Matinkylä to Vuosaari at 1.19am and from Vuosaari to Matinkylä at 1.05am
  • M2 from Tapiola to Mellunmäki at 1.32am and from Mellunmäki to Matinkylä at 1.12am.

Metro feeder services will operate as usual, with the exception of bus route 84 from Herttoniemi which will have additional services between 0.02am and 2.02am from 19 November.

There will be extra services on the following bus routes departing from Helsinki city center:

  • Route 20 from Kamppi to Munkkivuori at 1.52am, 2.49am, 3.40am and 4.36am
  • Route 21N from Asema-aukio to Katajaharju at 2.30am, 3.15am and 4.00am
  • Route 61N from Rautatientori to Töyrynummi at 0.30am, 1.00am, 1.30am, 2.00am, 2.30am, 3.00am, 3.30am and 4.00am
  • Route 61N from Töyrynummi to Rautatientori at 1.20am, 1.50am, 2.20am, 2.50am and 3.20am
  • Route 66 from Rautatientori to Paloheinä at 1.33am
  • Route 67 from Rautatientori to Torpparinmäki at 0.25am, 0.49am, 2.19am, 2.49am, 3.25am and 3.55am
  • Route 77N from Rautatientori to Jakomäki at 0.10am, 0.40am, 1.10am, 1.40am, 2.10am, 2.40am, 3.10am, 3.40am and 4.10am
  • Route 78N from Rautatientori to Latokartano at 0.25am, 0.55am, 1.25am, 1.55am, 2.25am, 2.55am, 3.25am and 3.55am
  • Route 108N from Kamppi to Westendinasema at 2.35am, 3.20am and 4.05am
  • Route 112N from Kamppi to Friisilä at 2.15am, 3.15am and 4.15am

  • Route 235N from Elielinaukio to Kuurinniitty at 0.15am, 2.20am, 3.35am and 4.45am
  • Route 411 from Elielinaukio to Myyrmäki at 3.43am and 4.12am
  • Route 431N from Elielinaukio to Kivistö at 1.54am, 2.54am and 3.56am
