Those needing an accessible route to Hakaniemi and S&ouml;rn&auml;inen can, for example, take a tram or bus in the direction of H&auml;meentie from the University of Helsinki metro station.
<h2>Accessible routes to Hakaniemi and S&ouml;rn&auml;inen</h2>
From East Helsinki to Hakaniemi or S&ouml;rn&auml;inen: take the metro to the University of Helsinki or Central Railway Station metro station and change to a tram or bus.
From the city center to Hakaniemi and S&ouml;rn&auml;inen: take tram 6 from Kaivokatu in front of the Central Railway Station or a bus from the Railway Square.
From Hakaniemi to the city center: take a tram or bus from the Hakaniemi Market Square towards the city center.
From S&ouml;rn&auml;inen to the city center: take tram or bus from the metro station towards the Railway Square. Trams use <a href="https://reittiopas.hsl.fi/pysakit/HSL%3A1113435">bay 12</a>, which is located on H&auml;meentie, a short way towards Haapaniemen kentt&auml;.
