Helsinki City Running Day will take place on Saturday 14 May. The event includes several races. All courses start from next to the Olympic Stadium, where special traffic arrangements will be in place from Friday evening 13 May 5pm. The special arrangements will remain in place until Saturday evening 8pm.
Diversion routes on Friday 13 May from 5pm
Bus 502
Bus 502 will be diverted to run via Helsinginkatu, Runeberginkatu, Topeliuksenkatu and Eino Leinon katu from 5pm. The diversion will be in place until 9.30am on Saturday 14 May as well as between 5.20pm and 8pm on Saturday.
The bus will not serve the “Töölön kisahalli” (H2064 and H2065) and “Ratikkamuseo” (H1329) stops. Instead, the bus will serve the "Töölöntori" (H1310 and H1311) and "Töölön kirjasto" (H1315 and H1346) stops on Topeliuksenkatu as well as the "Ooppera" (H2062 and H2185) stops on Helsinginkatu.

Bus 8X
Bus 8X will run from Runeberginkatu via Topeliuksenkatu, Eino Leinon katu and Mannerheimintie back to Runeberginkatu between 9am and 6pm. Terminus will be “Töölön kisahalli” (H1914). The bus will serve all stops along the diversion route.
The bus will not serve the “Töölöntori” (H1331), “Ooppera” (H2062 and H2185) and “Kaupunginpuutarha” (H2363) stops.

Bus 502
The diversion route via the Opera will be in place until 9.30am. From 9.30am to 3.20pm, the bus will take another diversion route via Eläintarha and Töölön tulli. From 5.20pm to 8pm, the bus will follow the diversion route via the Opera.
Between 9.30am and 3.20pm, bus 502 will run via Eläintarha and Töölön tulli along Helsinginkatu, Vauhtitie, Nordenskiöldinkatu, Reijolankatu, Mannerheimintie and Tukholmankatu.
The following stops will not be served: “Töölön kisahalli” (H2064 and H2065), “Ratikkamuseo” (H1328 and H1329), “Linnankoskenkatu” (H1317), “Kirjailijanpuisto” (H1318), “Naistenklinikka” (H1320 and H1321) and “Haartmaninkatu” (H1322 and H1323). The bus will serve all stops along the diversion route.

Buses 280 and 500
Buses 280 and 500 will not serve the “Munkkiniemen aukio” bus stop (H1388) 10am to 5pm. Instead, the buses will serve the “Munkkiniemen aukio” stop (H1390).
Bus 510
Bus 510 will run from Ramsaynranta to Paciuksenkatu via a junction controlled by traffic lights. The bus will not serve the “Munkkiniemen aukio” bus stop (H1388) 10am to 5pm. Instead, the bus will serve the “Munkkiniemen aukio” stop (H1500).
