Public transport over the Midsummer holiday 2022

On Thursday 23 June, a Friday service will operate. On Midsummer Eve Friday 24 June, a Saturday service will operate. On Midsummer Day 25 June, a Sunday service will operate. Night services will operate on the night of 25 June. There will be service changes on U line routes.

On Thursday 23 June, a Friday service will operate. In Kirkkonummi, the neighborhood route will operate a normal Thursday service. Changes to U line bus services are possible.

On Midsummer Eve 24 June, a Saturday service will operate. U line buses will operate a Saturday service until 1pm, after which only some services will be running.

On Midsummer Day 25 June, a Sunday service will operate. Night services will run on the night of 25 June. U line buses will operate a reduced service.

E, U and L trains will not run west of Espoo station from Saturday 25 June 1am to Sunday 26 June 6.50am. The trains will only run between Helsinki and Espoo stations due to track work. The trains will be replaced with buses between Espoo and Kirkkonummi. Read more about the service change

On Sunday 26 June, a normal Sunday service will operate.

HSL service point at Helsinki Central Railway Station will be closed over the Midsummer weekend. The customer service line will be open from 9.30am to 5pm 24 June to 26 June.

Additional services to Seurasaari on bus route 24S

There will be additional services to Seurasaari on bus route 24S on Midsummer Eve. The bus will run between Asema-aukio and Seurasaari. The additional services to Seurasaari will run from 3.39pm, the last service from Seurasaari will be at 1.12am.

In addition, bus 24 will run from Kamppi to Seurasaari to the normal timetables. Both buses will run to Seurasaari via Munkkiniemen aukio. From Seurasaari to Kamppi and Asema-aukio, the buses will run via Seurasaarentie.
