HSL’s customer service line now free of service charge

HSL’s phone services are now all available on one phone number.
The customer service line on 0100 111, which is subject to a
service charge, will be closed in the end of February. The new
number,
09 4766 4000, is already in use. A normal local
network charge is charged for calls but so separate service
charge. 

HSL's customer service line provides information on public
transport routes, timetables and prices, as  well as Travel Card
advice. You can also report a lost Travel Card or book a ride on a
Jouko route on the same number. The customer service line is open
Mon-Fri 7am – 7pm, on weekends and public holidays 9am – 5pm. 

From 1 March to 31 August, when you call the old number 0100
111, you will hear a recorded announcement which tells the new
number.
