</h3>Ms Sini Puntanen (MSc) was appointed as Director of HSL's 
Transport System Department on 21 May. Ms Puntanen will take up her 
duties in August. She joins HSL from her former position as a 
Transport Expert and Head of Unit at the Finnish Transport 
Agency. 
HSL’s Transport System Department is responsible for Helsinki 
region transport system planning as well as traffic surveys, models 
and forecasts. The Director of the Department is a member of HSL's 
Management Group and reports directly to HSL's Executive Director 
Suvi Rihtniemi.
